1. Who we are

2. Data we collect
Account data
- Email address (required to create an account)
- Password (stored encrypted — we never see it in plain text)
- Language preference
- Subscription status (free or active)
App data you create
- Daily routines, tasks and mood entries
- Family budget entries (income, expenses, savings)
- Personal goals and progress
- Home organisation lists and meal plans
- Sport sessions and fitness data
- Family health records (appointments, medications, vaccines)
This data is stored securely in your personal account and is only accessible by you.
Payment data
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. We never store your credit card number on our servers. Lemon Squeezy is PCI-DSS compliant and handles all payment security. We receive only a confirmation of payment status.
Technical data
- Browser type and device type (anonymous, for app optimisation)
- Session token stored in sessionStorage (cleared when you close the browser)
3. How we use your data
- To provide and maintain the Vita Bundle service
- To manage your subscription and billing
- To send essential transactional emails (subscription confirmation, renewal)
- To improve the app based on anonymous usage patterns
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any third-party marketing.
4. Data storage & security
All your data is stored in Google Firebase / Firestore, a secure cloud database with encryption at rest and in transit. Firebase complies with GDPR, SOC 2, and ISO 27001 standards.
Your session is managed via sessionStorage in your browser — this means your session is automatically cleared when you close your browser tab.
5. Data sharing
We share your data with the following trusted partners only:
- Google Firebase — database and authentication
- Lemon Squeezy — payment processing
- Netlify — website hosting
We never sell, rent or trade your personal data with any other third party.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR and applicable privacy laws, you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of all data we hold about you
- Rectification — correct any inaccurate data
- Deletion — request complete deletion of your account and data
- Portability — receive your data in a portable format
- Objection — object to certain types of processing

7. Cookies
Vita Bundle uses minimal browser storage:

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.
8. Children's privacy
Vita Bundle is designed for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us immediately and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via a prominent notice in the app. The date at the top of this page always reflects the latest version.
