1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Vita Bundle application at vitabundleapp.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of service
Vita Bundle is a web-based life management application designed for women and families. It includes the following modules:
- Daily Routine — task and mood tracking
- Family Budget — income, expenses and savings management
- Life Goals — personal objectives tracking
- Home Organisation — cleaning schedule and meal planning
- Sport & Activity — fitness tracking
- Family Health — medical records, appointments and vaccines
3. Account registration
To use Vita Bundle, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access at support@vitabundleapp.com
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
4. Subscription & billing
Free plan
Creating an account is free and gives you access to the app interface. Full access to the 6 modules requires a paid subscription.
7-day free trial
New subscribers can access all Premium features free for 7 days. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. No charge will be made during the 7-day trial period. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged.
Premium subscription
- Monthly: $10.00 per month, billed monthly
- Annual: $80.00 per year ($6.67/month), billed annually
All prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No refund is provided for partial billing periods, unless required by applicable law.
Price changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Share your account credentials with others
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy or replicate the application
- Upload harmful, offensive or illegal content
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
- Use automated tools to access the service without our permission
6. Your content
All data you enter into Vita Bundle (routines, budgets, health records, etc.) remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
We do not claim ownership of your data and will not use it for any purpose other than operating the service.
7. Data & privacy
Your use of Vita Bundle is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Availability & maintenance
We aim to keep Vita Bundle available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance that temporarily limits access. We will endeavour to notify users in advance of planned downtime.
9. Limitation of liability
Vita Bundle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:
- Loss of data due to technical failure
- Indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service
- Decisions made based on data entered or displayed in the app
The family health module is for personal organisation only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
10. Intellectual property
All elements of Vita Bundle (design, code, branding, content) are the exclusive property of Vita Bundle. No part of the service may be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@vitabundleapp.com.
12. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unsuccessful, through binding arbitration.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via the app. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
